Halle Berry in Court Two Days After Her Birthday As She Fights To Move Daughter, Nahla, To France [PHOTOS]

Two days after celebrating her birthday, actress Halle Berry was back in family court Thursday in Los Angeles with her ex, Gabriel Aubry, to determine whether their daughter, Nahla, will move to France.

According to ABC, Berry is expected to use her recent brushes with the paparazzi and a stalker as evidence for why she should be allowed to move out of the country. She recently yelled at a paparazzo for getting to close to her daughter when she was picking her up from school in Beverly Hills.

"There are no laws here that protect our children and, as a mom coming to the school ... not only my child, but all the children that are there. It's just wrong, wrong, wrong," Berry told "Extra."

TMZ reports that Berry's lawyers have filed a declaration from her friend, actress Salma Hayek, about how France is a safer place for celebrities and their children because of the country's tougher paparazzi laws. Hayek, is married to French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, and has a 4-year-old daughter, Valentina.

Berry, 46, dated Aubry, a 35-year-old model, from 2005 to 2010. She is now engaged to actor Oliver Martinez. A family law judge recently ordered Berry to pay Aubry $20,000 a month.

The Oscar-winning actress is one of the most beautiful women in the world. A former beauty queen, she has won everything from an Emmy to an Academy Award for her acting talents. She is currently a brand ambassador for beauty products company Revlon. Check out her photos in the slideshow.
