"I've always been pretty confident and happy with my body," Sutter, 39, told Radar Online. She added that she wanted to slow the process of aging by undergoing cosmetic surgery to resolve sagging breasts and droopy eyes.

"I wanted to feel proud of my body, and now I do," the Indiana native said of the results. Life & Style reported that Sutter went from a smaller B cup breast size to a full C.

Sutter underwent a series of surgeries including a breast augmentation, breast lifts and eyelid lift all in one day with surgeon Franklin Rose, in Houston, ahead turning 40 on Oct. 28.

"I just thought, as long as I was going under, I might as well go for it," she said.

According to Sutter, some of the process of aging was sped up after having children.

"After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated," she told Life & Style. "And I had a droopy eye. It was something that I noticed in every picture I've ever taken."

Trista, then known as Trista Rehn, appeared in 2003 on the first ever "Bachelorette,"  where she married her now husband, Ryan Sutter. The couple have two children together, five-year-old Maxwell and three-year-old Blakesley. But her children and husband aren't the reasons she went under the knife, Sutter said.

"I realized that the surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband," Trista said.

"He wanted me to be happy, so he said, 'Whatever.'"
