Macaulay Culkin has been the center of drug use speculation after shocking pictures showed the "Home Alone" star looking gaunt and pale. With more pictures surfacing of the actor clutching his stomach in pain in the street and vomiting, reports are now circulating that his ex-girlfriend, Mila Kunis, is stepping in with the help of new beau Ashton Kutcher.

Kunis, who had an eight year relationship with Culkin that started when she was 18-years-old, has recently gained the spotlight for her "friendship" with former "That 70s Show" co-star Ashton Kutcher. The pair have been spotted kissing at parties and recently went on vacation to Bali together, but rumor has it that Culkin was on Kunis' mind during the vacation.

The National Enquirer is reporting that while Kunis was in Bali with Kutcher, she was making desperate calls to Culkin.

"Ashton convinced Mila to call Mac during their getaway in Bali," a source close to Kunis revealed to the Enquirer. "So, Mila had an assistant track him down on the phone. When she finally heard Mac's voice, she burst into tears."

The tabloid previously reported that the "Home Alone" actor is "hopelessly hooked on heroin." Although reps for the 31-year-old actor said that the allegations by the National Enquirer were "ridiculously fictitious," the tabloid defended their claims.

According to the National Enquirer, Kunis is "begging" Culkin to go to rehab for treatment, but the actor is reportedly ignoring her pleas. Sources explained that Kunis is "petrified" of getting the news that her ex-boyfriend overdosed or died.

"He kept saying, 'I don't know what you're talking about, Mila. I'm doing great," explained a source.

According to the Huffington Post, many speculated that Macauley Culkin turned to drugs after he split with Mila Kunis in 2010. His stepmom on the other hand believes that the death of his sister Dakota caused Culkin to use drugs. In 2008, 29-year-old Dakota Culkin had stepped out into a West Los Angeles street where she was fatally struck by a car.

Despite photos and reports, Macaulay Culkin's rep insists that the actor is doing great.
