Did Universal Studios fire actress Kristen Stewart from the second installment of "Snow White and the Huntsman?"
Ever since the scandal broke that Kristen Stewart had been having an affair with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders, rumors have been swirling that if Sanders were to direct the sequel, Stewart would have to be kicked to the curb, as demanded by Sander's wife Liberty Ross.

Kristen Stewart as Snow White.
But even if most women would agree with Ross' conditions, she doesn't have control over what Universal Studios does with their movie, director and actors.
"We are extremely proud of 'Snow White and the Huntsman' and we're currently exploring all options to continue the franchise. Any reports that Kristen Stewart has been dropped are false," a rep for Universal Pictures, which produced "Snow White," said in an email to ABCNews.com.

The Hollywood Reporter stated that Kristen Stewart would not be invited back to the sequel and the movie will instead focus on the Huntsman's character, played by Chris Hemsworth in the first movie.
Sanders will most likely be returning to the film, according to sources who spoke to THR.
"The studio is currently exploring options to continue the franchise," a Universal spokeswoman says.
David Koepp, the original screenwriter for "Snow White," will not be working on the sequel since it's being transformed into something that he did not write, sources said.
Stewart, 22, and Sanders, 41, both apologized for the affair after they were caught kissing by cameras.
"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," Stewart said in a statement.
Pattinson, who seems to have the world on his side, has been keeping a relatively low profile -- except for appearing on "Good Morning America" and "The Daily Show" with Jon Stewart.
