Blue Ivy Carter, daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z, may be the most famous baby in the world right now.

But fans of hip-hop's royal pair haven't been treated to very many photos of the little one, so when adorable new pictures of Blue Ivy Carter and her mama, Beyonce, hit the Web Wednesday, it almost instantly went viral. 

The photographs depict Beyonce wearing a dress with a colorful print and a braided beehive hairstyle, and carrying Blue Ivy Carter through either the Chelsea or Meatpacking District section of Manhattan, as the High Line park can be seen in the background of some of the photos.

Blue Ivy Carter looks unimpressed in the one photo where her face can be seen above a white top and under a shock of curly black hair. The photo where her face is visible is indoors, while the outdoor photos depict her wrapped in a white blanket.

Blue Ivy Carter became a worldwide sensation when she was born on Jan. 7 in New York City. Her proud parents have been pretty protective of the little one ever since, so these photos are some of the first ones anyone has seen of Blue Ivy Carter in quite a while.
