Chelsea are reportedly close to completing a £60mn double swoop for Uruguay striker Edison Cavani and Brazil midfielder Oscar.
The European champions have agreed a deal in principal to sign Oscar from Internacional, reports Sky Sports. Roberto Di Matteo's side have been chasing the 20 year old for some time now, while Tottenham Hotspur were also credited with an interest in the highly rated playmaker.

Any chance of Oscar signing for the west London club looked to have ended on Monday when the player's agent Carlos Meinberg Neto claimed that Chelsea would not better their first offer - understood to be around £20mn - which had been rejected by the Brazilian club.
"The first proposal of Chelsea was refused by Internacional. And I believe that it is difficult for Chelsea to make a counter-offer for the player. Right now, we are no longer in talks with Chelsea," ESPN quoted Neto as saying.

However, the Blues have since returned with a bid of £25mn, which has been accepted, according to the Sky Sports report. Oscar will arrive in London over the coming days as part of the Brazil squad that will compete for gold in the football tournament at London 2012.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are ready to pay £35mn for Napoli striker Cavani, reports The Sun. Di Matteo wants to add a striker to their ranks to replace impact player Didier Drogba, who left the club in the summer, and have identified the Uruguayan as the top target.
However, Cavani will demand parity with Chelsea's top earners when he holds negotiations with the Blues this week, according to the Daily Mail. The 25 year old will inform the European champions that he wants a pay deal worth £150,000 a week, which would put him on a par with skipper John Terry, Frank Lampard and Fernando Torres.
Cavani, who scored 33 goals from 48 appearances in all competitions for Napoli last season, has been watched by the Blues for several months and had scored against them when the sides met in the Champions League earlier this year.
Chelsea have already signed Belgium midfielder Eden Hazard and Germany winger Marko Marin this summer.
