Jennifer Lawrence finds it easy to save lives onscreen as "The Girl on Fire", Katniss Everdeen. Though it looks as though Lawrence is doing a great job at it off screen as well, the 21-year old actress jumped into action when she attended to the aid of an unconscious woman.
Jennifer Lawrence, star of “The Hunger Games” is set to earn $10 million for the sequel, entitled “Catching Fire”, according to MSN. "The Hunger Games" grossed over $680 million worldwide at the box office when it was released in March, and a sequel was greenlighted immediately, as there are further entries in the young adult book series.
Enjoying a quick stroll out on the streets of Santa Monica, California was "Hunger Games" star, Jennifer Lawrence. Along with Jennifer for the quick stroll outside of her apartment complex was her mother, Karen, and their adorable dog.
However, the lazy afternoon stroll proved to be eventful when a woman suddenly fell unconscious just outside of Lawrence's' apartment.
Oscar award nominee, Lawrence, immediately hurried to the woman's side while a male bystander had called paramedics for medical assistance. In an effort to contact the woman's family, Lawrence picked up the woman's phone. However, the paramedics came in time along with six police officers.
Thankfully, the woman, who still remains unidentified, did not suffer anything serious and was given an "all-clear" status by the paramedics. It was a good thing Lawrence was there to jump into instant action. Yet, the drama that occurred right outside of Lawrence's home did not stop the 21-year old from proceeding to her evening plans. Lawrence made a quick wardrobe change from leggings to a sexy, maxi dress for a family dinner.
So while Jennifer isn't busy kicking butt and saving lives as Katniss Everdeen in the highly-acclaimed "Hunger Games", the 21-year old hottie is helping out ordinary citizens off screen. Jennifer Lawrence joins the ranks of real life heroes Mila Kunis, Dustin Hoffman, Zoe Saldana, J.C. Chasez and Sofia Vergara.
As for the sequel to "The Hunger Games", "Catching Fire", shooting is set for late summer or early autumn. The film is set for a November 2013 release.
A few cast updates have been widely hyped about lately of which include potential stars to play Johanna Mason and Finnick Odair. With no word from Director Francis Lawrence himself, addicted fans of the series best bet would be to cross fingers hard for their own protégés to get the roles.
