Jenny McCarthy is back on the cover of Playboy this month, but she is just one of many stars to go nude for the popular magazine.

Jenny McCarthy, the model-turned-actress who has been no stranger to Playboy after getting her start on its glossy pages in the nineties, is back on top of your dad's stack of magazines.

Though she is 39 years old, she looks great in the new July/August 2012 edition of Playboy magazine, the cover of which features her with her signature platinum blond hair wearing nothing but bright-red lipstick, black fishnet gloves and knee-high black boots.

One of the most successful Playboy Playmates in the magazine's many decades of publishing, Jenny McCarthy seems to relish being in front of the camera, and she has made a career beyond modeling, scoring her own TV shows -- including current NBC hit "Love in the Wild" -- playing a number of movie roles, and eventually becoming a household name.

And she is again proud of her work for the magazine in this sexy shoot:

"The pictures are gorgeous and classy," McCarthy told People magazine. "They could be out of 'W' magazine. It's probably a lot more sophisticated than a lot of the stuff you'd see of people with their clothes on."

Born in Chicago, Jenny McCarthy's appearance in the July/August 2012 edition of Playboy -- which hits stands June 29 -- will be her first since January 2006. She has been on the cover of Playboy six times and done a pictorial for the magazine seven times since her Playboy debut in 1993.
