Teenage singing sensation, Justin Bieber, is currently at the top of the world.

With the 'Believe' album rocking out the charts and the 'Around the World' tour already in motion, the Bieber is definitely set for great things this year. However, the 18-year old has a few issues to deal with regarding the altercation with a paparazzi photographer that occurred last month.

Canadian crooner, Justin Bieber, has never been involved in brat brawls or highly-publicized dramas during the height of his career. Yet all that changed last year when a fan had come forward claiming to be carrying Justin Bieber's son. Thankfully, all the allegations of 20-year old, Mariah Yeater were proven to be false and un-accountable.

Now, it's a whole new other issue for Justin Bieber which does not involve pregnant teenagers but the paparazzi. Late last month, the Bieber was enjoying some downtime with beau, Selena Gomez, when the couple got into a scuffle with the paparazzi. Though it's normal for the paparazzi to swarm celebrities, they could not have picked a better day to swarm Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.

According to the photographer who had charged a criminal complaint against Justin, the 18-year old had struck him while taking photos of Bieber and Gomez. However, fan photos and paparazzi photos of that day failed to show any picture taken of the Bieber actually hitting the photographer. Still, the case has been sent to the D.A.'s office where all issues will be discussed.

Having spent time busy with the tour, Justin Bieber finally speaks up on the paparazzi scuffle but still fails to address the actual incident that occurred. In an interview with Power 105.1 radio last week, Justin talks about the paparazzi and how "aggressive" they could be.

"When they get aggressive, and they get all up in your face, they can be [invading your privacy]," explained Bieber, adding, "But when they are keeping their distance, it's part of [their job]."

Well, "Beliebers" better hope and pray that things turn in Justin Bieber's favor once again. If not, then they'll have to bid adieu to their favorite celebrity while Justin serves time in prison.
