Arsene Wenger has a reputation for being coy with the media.
So when the long-time Arsenal boss gets specific when it comes to something as delicate as a potential transfer, it's pretty much a done deal.

Wenger went public with a French television station by saying that a deal to bring Olivier Giroud to Emirates is "90 percent" done.
"I think [Giroud] has exceptional potential and will integrate very well in our collective and our way of playing," said Wenger, according to ESPN. "He is a real team player and knows how to combine with other players and I'm sure he will do well with us.''
There is no official word on what the fee for Giroud is, but he has been valued at about £12 million.
Giroud, 25, had been linked to the Gunners for several months. The Montpellier forward is expected to play a major role in the 2012-2013 season as a key reserve to Robin van Persie.

With Marouane Chamakh expected to leave the club this summer, and Chu-Young Park coming off a season where he was barely visible, the Gunners sought a forward who can contribute immediately.
Giroud had an exceptional season in Ligue 1, finishing tied atop the goal-scoring board with Nene of Paris Saint-Germain, with 21 goals in 36 appearances. Giroud also had previous success with Tours FC in Ligue 2, where he scored 24 times in 44 appearances.
The Chambery-born star is currently competing in Euro 2012, but has not received substantial playing time. Giroud was left off the pitch against England, but entered as a substitute in the 76th minute against Ukraine, and the 83rd minute against Sweden.
It's possible that Giroud will be joined by French midfielder Yann M'Vila. The 21-year-old Rennes starlet was an Arsenal target as far back as 2011, and some British publications had previously reported that the Gunners had already added M'Vila for £17 million.
Former French star Marcel Desailly publicly urged Arsenal to add M'Vila, describing him as better than Patrick Viera.
