New Mum Jessica Simpson Feels Pressured On Losing Baby Weight
According to reports, Jessica Simpson frequently cries about going to the gym in order to lose baby weight.
The new mother is said to feel so emotional after giving birth to her baby girl and having the mere thought of using a treadmill is enough to make her cry. What Jessica Simpson probably need is a heart-to-heart talk with Australian supermodel and also a new mum, Miranda Kerr, on how to have a post-pregnancy sexy body.
A $4 million "Weight Watchers" contract is looming before Simpson and she is definitely feeling the stress and pressure. The weight loss company hired her to drop down 23kg in five months and it is possible that this kind of challenge is too much to handle for the beautiful blonde singer.
"Jess is consumed with the new baby. She and husband Eric is often up with Maxi all night. She gets so upset. She wants her body back so badly, but it's beyond hard," a source close to Jessica told RadarOnline.com
Recently, Simpson has been spotted going to the gym several times as a desperate attempt to get her body back. Last May 1, Jessica Simpson gave birth to daughter named Maxwell Drew and she is said to be really determined on slimming down to her bombshell figure.
Sources has shared that during her pregnancy, Simpson weighed 210 pounds. She enjoyed eating Mac and Cheese, Pop-Tarts, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, Cap'n Crunch and fried chicken while pregnant with her baby daughter.
In Touch magazine reports that instead of taking in junk food, Jessica is currently working on a healthy diet for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. It includes oatmeal with berries, grilled chicken on salad, carrots, fresh fruits, salmon, broccoli and brown rice. Sometimes, she craves for some sweets and other treats whenever she feels deprived like having an occasional slice of pizza.
Trainer Harley Pasternak has been enlisted personally by Jessica to strictly whip her back into shape. With a strict and religious workout regime for Jessica, there is no doubt that the singer and actress will be able to shift back to the sexy body that she wants.
Jessica Simpson may have just given birth to her first child with fiancé Eric Johnson on May 1, but the savvy businesswoman isn't taking a moment's rest: Simpson has paired with Destination Maternity to launch a maternity clothing line.

Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson
Remember when Jessica Simpson said she would save her virginity for her husband? She allegedly did, but her marriage couldn’t be saved. The couple got married in 2002 and separated in 2005, with the divorce finalized the following year. Filming their reality television show “Newlyweds” couldn’t have helped. At the time of the breakup, rumors swirled that Simpson’s father got in the way of the relationship. Now Lachey is married to television personality Vanessa Minnillo, who is expecting their first child, and Simpson just had a baby with her fiancé, NFL player Eric Johnson. No offense to the lovely Mrs. Lachey or the hunky tight end, but we can’t help but secretly wish for a reconciliation.
