After securing Eden Hazard, speculation continues about Chelsea's next potential big-money signing. It was assumed by many that a deal to take Hulk to Stamford Bridge several weeks ago, but the saga continues to drag on.
Reported Chelsea target Hatem Ben Arfa made his first start of Euro 2012 in France's 2-0 defeat to Sweden on Tuesday.

According to reports, Qatari-backed Paris Saint-Germain has emerged as contenders in the race to sign the Brazilian. The Telegraph reports that the French club had indicated to Porto that were willing to pay £43 million for the forward's services. It is a deal that will be tempting to the Portuguese champions with Chelsea reportedly continuing to haggle over a fee.
But the man in question has said that he has his sights set on a move to West London.
"Chelsea are the champions of Europe and any player would like to go there," he said, according to TalkSport.
"I would like to go there more than any other club. But I have to remember that I have a contract at Porto and I am very happy here too."
If a move for Hulk falls through then the Blues could follow-through on their reported interest in Newcastle star Hatem Ben Arfa.
The Mirror claims that Chelsea has long-been tracking the 25-year-old, with London foes Arsenal now emerging as rivals for his signature.
After a career blighted by controversy, Ben Arfa earned a place in France's Euro 2012 squad following a stunning second-half to the season that helped Newcastle to an impressive fifth-place finish in the Premier League.
Although with differing abilities, both Hulk and Ben Arfa have excelled cutting in on their favored left-foots from wide on the right.
Clearly a priority position, as Chelsea look to compliment Juan Mata and Hazard in attacking midfield, the Blues also look to be pursuing another target for the wide right role.
Wigan chairman Dave Whelan revealed in recent days that Chelsea bid £4 million for their star Victor Moses; an offer that Whelan rejected out of hand.
The Daily Mail has now reported that Chelsea is set to up their bid to £5 million. The 21-year-old has just a year remaining on his contract at the DW Stadium, but Wigan is thought to be holding out for closer to £10 million.
But the Latics have not yet given up hope of hanging onto a player who was pivotal in helping the side avoid relegation last season. The Wigan Evening Post reports that the club has offered Moses a bumper new deal to remain at the club.
"We've made him a very good offer--involving a doubling of his wages--over the next three years," Whelan said.
"It's down to whether the lad himself listens to sense, or whether he listens to his agent."
Moses is also said to be a target for Liverpool and Queens Park Rangers, but is said to favor a move to Stamford Bridge, according to the Mail.
