Actress, Ashley Greene, showed interest in starring in the upcoming film adaptation of the erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey."
The last installment of the widely popular Twilight saga will hit the theaters later this year and both fans and characters may have to let go of the series. Actors and actresses will have to go on their separate ways after the movie.

However, Alice Cullen already has her amber eyes set on another possible long term project. In an interview with Young Hollywood, the actress revealed that she is "obsessed" with the erotic trilogy of E.L. James and is thinking of taking on the role of Anastacia Steele.
"I've read the book. I feel like I kind of had to, since it's now pop culture and it's being made into a movie. I'm not finished with all of them, but I'm on the third novel," the actress said.
According to the report of "Hollywood Life," Ashley Greene of is one of the possible casting choices who will fill in the shoes of main character Anastasia Steele, a college graduate who fall under the charms of manipulative billionaire Christian Grey.
The "Fifty Shades of Grey" trilogy still tops the bestsellers' list. Due to its controversial nature, there are still a lot of speculations about the casting since Universal Pictures acquired the film rights of the novels. Greene definitely has the looks of an innocent young woman who may fall for handsome Christian Grey.
However, she has to put up a fight with other actresses speculated to bag the said role such as Twilight co -star Kristen Stewart, Scarlett Johansson, Lilly Collins, Amanda Seyfriend, Nina Dobrev, and Alexis Bledel.
Recently, Selena Gomez already ruled herself out among the choices for the role of Anastacia Steele. Young and sweet actress Selena Gomez said no she cannot do the character of Anastacia Steel. It seems that Selena is not letting go of her charming and goody-two-shoes image for challenging and sexy roles.
Former Disney star, Selena Gomez, is one of the speculated choices to play the daunting role of Anastacia Steele, a college graduate introduced in the world of BSDM by manipulative Christian Grey. Selena said that the role may be too much for her.
Selena admitted that she read the first part of the novel for the parody that she did of the book. "I don't think I would [take on the role]. I know I'm taking risks, but I don't think I could do that! That would be a little too much for me. I think someone older should do that part," Selena said to MTV News.
"Fifty Shades of Grey" was a story developed from a Twilight fan fiction originally titled "Master of the Universe." Originally, the piece featured characters named after Stephenie Meyer's characters in Twilight, Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.
