Music industry's former pop princess, Britney Spears has been playing it tough as a judge in 'The X Factor.'

Spears is the newest addition to the line-up of the talent show's US version and she is not making it easy for this season's competitors. A close source said to People Magazine that the former teenage sensation definitely knows when she is passionate about something. It is clear that Spears can be tough when she does not like someone at all.

All these were revealed during the Kansas auditions last weekend where she was seen together with the rest of the judges on panel. Spears shared the decision crew with Louis Walsh, L.A. Reid, and Demi Lovato. Walsh was the temporary replacement of Cowell who is reportedly sick with bronchitis.

Spears even said to one contestant that they have to be great to be a part of the show. The next set of auditions will be held in San Francisco by June 16.

What's Taking Britney So Long?

There have also been some reports which say that the walkouts done by the young judge are putting the bosses of the show to shame. She has walked out twice and has not been returning on time as the auditions resume.
There are some judges too who did this but they make sure that they are still back on the panel once the audition resumes.

Can this be a sign that Britney Spears is back on her troubling 'attitude' again at work?
