Beyonce is back and looking better than ever.
Beyonce made her comeback in Atlantic City over the Memorial Day weekend to a packed crowd at the new Revel Resort beachfront hotel, just five months after giving birth to baby Blue Ivy Carter.

Beyonce lost 20 pounds while getting ready to film the movie "Dreamgirls" by taking advantage of a starvation diet known as a "master cleanse." In order to do the cleanse, she had to consume nothing but salt water, laxative tea and a "lemonade" made of lemon juice, water, maple syrup and cayenne pepper for 10 straight days.

"Now tonight I'm gonna get chocolate wasted!" the beautiful songstress joked.
Designers were thrilled to outfit Beyonce for her first post-baby performance in Atlantic City.
"Beyonce is a true representation of the Ralph & Russo woman who is strong, powerful and independent," designers Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo of Ralph & Russo told Grazia.

In May, Beyonce's trainer, Marco Borges, revealed the secrets behind the singer's weight loss after paparazzi snapped photos of the new mother in a sexy black bathing suit while vacationing in St. Bart's.
"We do cardio and plyometric moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench," Borges told Us Weekly. The 5-foot, 9-inch beauty has been breastfeeding Blue Ivy and is sticking to a strict diet of vegetables and grilled meats. She avoids processed foods. "You don't have to eat only celery sticks. Be sensible and exercise constantly," Borges advised.
In March, Beyonce stepped out for her first public appearance since giving birth and fans instantly noticed her amazing weight loss.
That same month, a source told Star magazine that the new mama's weight loss could be attributed to two-a-day workouts with Borges plus a strict diet. Her diet reportedly included "protein shakes, egg-white omelets, pineapple chunks, and lots of ice-cold water." Her exercise regime was no less intense. "Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m.," the source told Star. "They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance."
