Chanel No.5 was the first scent launched by the iconic French designer Coco Chanel back in 1922. The perfume attracted its first celebrity when Marilyn Monroe said that the fragrance was the only thing she wore to bed.
According to a report by E! News, the 48-year-old actor will be shooting his first advertisement for the perfume sometime this week in London. Back in 1937, the designer herself, Coco Chanel advertised for the company's oldest fragrance with a tag that said, "A woman must smell like a woman, and not a rose."
But Brad isn't the first male to ever campaign for a woman's fragrance line. Other celebrities like Justin Timberlake appeared on Givenchy Play, Chris Evans on Gucci Guilty and Paul Walker on Davidoff Cool Water.
Early reports suggest that the "Moneyball" actor will bring home a fat paycheck over seven digits for being the new face of the famous perfume brand. While his fiancée Angelina Jolie was reportedly handed $10 million back in 2011 for being the face of the luxury brand Louis Vuitton.
