Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been flaunting their relationship in public for weeks and the tabloids are eating it up, but is the world ready for a Kimye song? According to Hollywood Life a track produced by Kanye West with vocals by both Yeezy and his Kimmy Cakes is "going to happen" in the near future.
"Kanye wants Kim to record a song with him but she's a little nervous," a source told the gossip blog. "But she's definitely considering it. She sort of thinks Kanye is joking around but he's totally serious."
This wouldn't be the first time Kim Kardashian has recorded in a studio. Last year she released her debut single, "Turn It Up." The track was produced by The Dream, who is best known for working extensively with R&B star Rihanna.
Kanye West has already mentioned Kim Kardashian in his recent track, "Way To Cold," (originally called "Theraflu"). In the song he rhymes about his past and present romantic relationships:
"And the whole industry want to f--k your old chick/ only n---a i got respect for is Wiz/ And I'll admit I fell in love with Kim/ Around the same time she had fell in love with him/ Well that's cool, baby girl, do ya thang/ Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team..."
The juicy news that the two most narcissistic people in the world are romantically involved broke after Kim Kardashian was spotted leaving Kanye West's apartment one morning wearing the same clothes she had been seen in the night before. Since then the new celeb power couple have remained surprisingly low key, despite the non-stop barrage of rumors and speculation aimed their way.
The latest rumor to stick is that Kim and Kanye are already "talking marriage," according to US Weekly. Can you believe it? (We don't).
