The top aftermarket NYSE Losers Thursday were: Leapfrog Enterprises, Overseas Shipholding Group, Gardner Denver, Roundy's, Flowers Foods, Lions Gate Entertainment, Eagle Materials, Sterlite Industries India, DAQQ New Energy Corp and Skilled Healthcare Group.

Leapfrog Enterprises Inc. (LF) shares slumped 9.22 percent to $6.20 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $32.8 million or $0.49 per share compared to $25.3 million or $0.38 per share in the same period last year and against analysts’ estimation of $0.42 per share.

Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (OSG) shares slumped 8.28 percent to $10.85 in post market trading session. The company announced that its Board of Directors has suspended the payment of regular quarterly dividends so no dividend will be paid in the first quarter of 2012.

Gardner Denver, Inc. (GDI) shares slumped 7.24 percent to $74.10 in post market trading session. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $77.38 million or $1.52 per share compared to $57.09 million or $1.08 per share in the same period last year, but fell short of analysts’ expectation of $1.53 per share.

Roundy's, Inc. (RNDY) shares plunged 4.97 percent to $9.57 in post market trading session. The company stock climbed nearly 12 percent in regular trading session.

Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) shares declined 4.64 percent to $18.69 in post market trading session. Its fourth quarter net profit declined to $23.0 million or $0.17 per share compared to $31.4 million or $0.23 per share in the same quarter a year-earlier, while analysts expected the company to report fourth quarter net profit of $0.21 per share.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (LGF) shares declined 3.72 percent to $10.60 in post market trading session. The company reported third quarter net loss of $1.74 million or $0.01 per share compared to loss of $6.02 million or $0.04 per share in the same period a year-earlier, while analysts’ expected the company to report net profit of $0.09 per share.

Eagle Materials Inc. (EXP) shares declined 3.49 percent to $32.37 in post market trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $15.36, a 52-week high of $33.66 and $1.51 billion in market capitalization.

Sterlite Industries India Ltd. (SLT) shares declined 3.35 percent to $10.09 in post market trading session. The company stock gained more than 3 percent in regular trading session.

DAQQ New Energy Corp. (DQ) shares declined 3.35 percent to $3.88 in post market trading session.

Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. (SKH) shares declined 3.07 percent to $6.00 in post market trading session.
