Outspoken King of Chanel Karl Lagerfeld has a lot to say about anything or anyone and British singer Adele was not an exception. Fans of the "Someone Like You" singer rallied when Karl Lagerfeld called the singer "fat."

The fashion guru who is notorious for his public outbursts made his view on female pop stars as he became guest editor of global free newspaper "Metro."

"The thing at the moment is Adele. She is a little too fat, but she has a beautiful face and a divine voice," Lagerfeld said. "Lana del Rey is not bad at all. She looks very much like a modern-time singer. In her photos she is beautiful. Is she a construct with all her implants?"

It was memorable how the 78-year-old Chanel designer famously dissed women who were overweight in the past and even said that no one wants to see curvy women. Only then in 2009, he contradicted himself by casting plus-size models and picked out Beth Ditto for his Fendi party.

Apart from her straightforward statements, Lagerfeld also had a lot to say about Russian men, Greeks, and not to mention Mrs. Obama. He said that although large potions of models today are female Russians, he said that Russian males are ugly.

Lagerfeld also added that Greeks have disgusting habits and that it goes the same way with Italy. But what does the famous man behind Chanel has to say about Mrs. Obama?

"I'm a big fan of Mrs. Obama - and her face, I think, is magical. My favorite thing about Mrs Obama was when she was asked if her skirt was not too tight and she answered, 'Why, you don't like my big black ass?'" Lagerfeld seemed more careful about his comments this time.
