Photos: Mall of America Galleries to Chronicle Life of Princess Diana [PHOTOS]

Nine galleries at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn., are showcasing an exclusive exhibition called "Diana: A Celebration," featuring more than 150 objects that belonged to the Princess of Wales who died in 1997.
Beginning Saturday, the four-month exhibition chronicles the life and work of Diana.
On loan from Althorp Estate, the Spencer family's 500-year-old ancestral home in England, the exhibits include Diana's royal wedding gown, 28 designer dresses, family heirlooms, personal mementos, priceless jewels and rare home movies.
Apart from this, it also contains personal mementos, items representing her abundant charity work and paintings. The display at the Mall of America takes place ahead of the Kensington Palace's Diana exhibition scheduled to take place in March.
Of particular interest is Diana's famous David and Elizabeth Emanuel-designed wedding gown which features 10,000 mother-of-pearl sequins and pearls and a 25-foot train.
Apart from the bridal gown, the exhibition also includes some famous designer gowns and dresses that were worn by the late princess.
