After the release of the final autopsy, Hollywood child actor, Corey Haim's funeral is set to be held in his hometown in Toronto, Canada. The sudden death of the late "Lost Boys" actor is caused by drugs, as predicted by the Los Angeles police at the time of his death.  His mother Judy has resorted to Internet auction site, eBay, to raise funds for the ceremony.

According to eonline.com, the Jewish-born Canadian actor was battling a long history of depression and drug abuse. The late actor's close friend and co-star Corey Fieldman told American television talk show host, Larry King that the distraught Haim kept to himself most of the time and saw himself as his own worst enemy.

Many of Haim's mementos such as his highly theatrical white t-shirts and other pieces of clothing were sent for a bid war over the Internet because his family could not afford the funeral. Sources indicate that the actor's father paid his rent last month which bills at $500.

A friend of Haim, Scott Shwartz said that even $200 or $300 is good enough to support the service. He also stated that fans are encouraged to donate through Haim's website at www.coreyhaim.us.
