The world's most romantic proposal could win one lucky couple one million Asia Miles and luxury stays in every Langham around the world - a prize worth $40,000.
The competition commemorates the Royal Wedding in London on April 29 and also celebrates the Langham's own regal connections when it was first opened by the then Prince of Wales in 1865.
A renowned luxury brand, the Langham Hospitality Group encompasses an assortment of lush hotels, resorts, residential serviced apartments, restaurants and spas in four continents across the globe.
To enter, participants are required to upload a minute of their proposal at romantic.langhamhotels.com and link it back to the popular networking site, Facebook.
"Pledging undying love is one of life's defining moments to be shared and we wanted to capture some of those moments at Langham where heritage and romance have been part of an authentic experience with us since 1865," stated Bob van den Oord, Vice President- Sales and Marketing of the Langham group.
From the global entries, 10 finalists will be selected in May to then share how they would spend their prize discovering the most romantic places in the eight Langham locations across the world.
The winner will then be asked to bring their story to life. The prize consists of 1 million frequent flyer miles with Cathay Pacific and a two-night stay, afternoon tea and airport transfers in each of the eight Langham properties.
