Brooklyn Decker lists her waterfront home for $3.6 mln
Brooklyn Decker, American fashion model and actress, and her husband, the American tennis ace, Andy Roddick, have listed their waterfront home in Austin, Tex., at $3.6 million.
The 5,558-square-foot starter home is located in the end of a street in a single private gated community called Westlake, overlooking Lake Austin set in 0.71 acre’s lot, reported AOL Real Estate.
This two-story waterfront home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths, soaring ceilings, cedar closets, master suite with sitting room and two huge closets. It also comes with with a jetted master tub, gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero appliances, a breakfast bar, and a huge deck.
Decker is best known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. In addition to working for Victoria's Secret for the 2010 Swim collection, she has ventured into television with guest appearances on Chuck, Ugly Betty and Royal Pains. She has recently made her film debut in “Just Go With It”, featuring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston which opened last Friday.
Roddick, a former world number one tennis player, became a Grand Slam singles champion when he won the title at the 2003 US Open, defeating Juan Carlos Ferrero in the finals.
