Adding to rumors around Apple's iWatch is a report that three variants of the iWatch will be out. BGR magazine quotes a Chinese daily that the possible variants of iWatch will be-1.6-inch display and two other 1.8-inch displays.
The 1.8-inch iWatch model will have a flexible AMOLED display and sapphire coating. There is no clarity on the authenticity of these reports. It may be recalled that media was abuzz with reports that the iWatch will have displays in the size of 1.3-inch and 1.7-inch respectively.
Launch in November?
Regarding the launch date lot of speculations persist. Initial reports predicted a launch for October but analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says it will be post November. The reason cited being complex hardware and software engineering.
The Business Insider also reports that Apple will unveil its highly-anticipated smartwatch in October. The BI bases its report on Re/code which is deemed more accurate on Apple news. The source is quoted as saying that Apple will produce 3 to 5 million for the initial shipment.
Ever since the New York Times broke the story in September 2013, Apple's iWatch is hogging media lime light with rumours flying thick and fast.

Positioned as a luxury product iWatch is still a mystery and the final price may hinge on the display and specs.
