2014 Radio Disney Music Awards: Full List of Winners, Selena Gomez the Big Winner!

Selena was diagnosed with lupus several years ago
Her grandfather Ricardo Gomez told the press that the young pop star was suffering from lupus since several years but is getting along well with the treatments.

The annual Radio Disney Music Festival was a star-studded event attended by Hollywood's young artists at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on April 26. Walking away as a big winner was Justin Bieber's on-and-off girlfriend, Selena Gomez for winning three wards for this year's award.

The fan-voted event featured performances from Zendaya, "Sam & Cat" star Ariana Grande, Beck G, R5 and Fifth Avenue. "Safe Haven" star Julianne Hough, Emily Osment, Ava Sambora, Cody Simpson, Richie Sambora and Lucy Hale were some of the famous attendees of the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards.

Another notable guest was "The Voice" coach Shakira who received the Hero Award for her charitable work with organizations such as ONE Campaign, Habitat for Humanity, UNICEF, and more. Her Barefoot Foundation works to ensure that every child will exercise their right to get quality education.

Other top winners of the show includes English boy band One Direction, Justin Timberlake, former Disney star Demi Lovato, Becky G and Fifth Harmony. After more than 20 years, Timberlake returned to his former home when he was a part of the "Mickey Mouse Club" and now he returned to perform at the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards.
